Dr. Raymond Shaheen MD, FACS, RPVI, RPHS After completing his General Surgical training at Stanford University, Dr. Shaheen completed his Vascular and Endovascular Surgical training at Northwestern University. He initially began practice in Monterey where he quickly grew his practice incorporating the innovative, minimally-invasive procedures often in combination with traditional surgical procedures.
