Opportunity for Civil Engineer with BSCE and PE as well as at least 5 years of engineering experience. Need engineer who can handle design for roads, drainage, paving, grading. Must have experience with either local, county, state or federal road design. Need engineer with MicroStation skills and experience. Multi-task and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills.
