Overview As a member of the People Program Design and Development team, you play a pivotal role in shaping people strategies, initiatives and roadmaps that support employee engagement at the co-op. Reporting to the Director, People Programs Development and Design, you will design, develop, test, pilot and implement digital assets in moments that matter most in the employee experience journey: when they join, develop, perform and exit. Your role creates intuitive value by focusing on multi-media asset creation that shapes the People Programs and HR "brand", engages learners in new and interactive ways, manages the portfolio of digital assets applied across various People Programs, and provides design expertise and consulting across the People Programs team in ways that applies creative thinking and solutioning to positively impact the users of the people programs and the business.
